Job Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Focus on sales development of microscopes within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agriculture Labs, FSL, and other relevant industries.
• Arrange appointments with doctors through pre-planned meetings or regular calls.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for volume growth and productivity.
• Execute sales and marketing activities as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Manage area sales, collections, hospital visits, doctor calls, and customer complaints effectively.
• Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and build long-term business relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits and ensure continuous engagement.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product functionality and provide troubleshooting support.
• Submit timely weekly reports to management.
• Submit tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager within the given timeline.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related field.

• MBA freshers (preferred) or candidates with up to 4 years of experience in medical devices/diagnostic sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai & Maharashtra.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused professional.
