Job Description

As a Marketing Manager in our company, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit, as well as providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales associates to ensure effective management of sales and profits. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team, motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets, and collecting customer feedback to provide updates to senior management. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales will be part of your responsibilities. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers, collecting customer feedback, and conducting market research are also crucial aspects of the role. Qualifications required for this position include: - BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile or MBA in Marketing - 2-3 years of experience in Marketing - Proficiency in Regional Language and English - Experience in Garage Equipment & Car Care Products Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
