Job Title : Sales Executive Industry : Nutraceuticals / Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare Location : Delhi / Noida Experience : 0–2 Years Type : Full-Time Company Overview : Vitalcep is a biotech-driven nutraceutical brand under Wishtown Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., specializing in high-potency Cordyceps Militaris cultivation. Our product line includes lab-grown fruiting bodies, capsules, and functional blends, all backed by traceability, scientific processes, and bioactive-rich formulations. We serve both direct consumers and businesses across wellness, pharma, and food sectors. Role Summary : We are looking for driven, confident, and health-focused Sales Executives to expand our presence in the nutraceutical and wellness space. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B outreach, or healthcare promotion are preferred. This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and targeted sales execution. Key Responsibilities : Identify and onboard new clients including health stores, clinics, cafes, gyms, and distributors. Demonstrate and explain product benefits to decision-makers and retail customers. Actively follow up on leads generated via campaigns, referrals, or inbound queries. Conduct product sampling, market visits, and promotional activities. Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and track targets against performance. Coordinate with operations and marketing for client requirements and campaign execution. Stay updated on wellness trends, competing products, and customer preferences. Requirements : Graduate in any discipline (Science, Pharma, or Business preferred). 0–2 years of relevant field sales, healthcare, or FMCG experience. Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing ability. Comfortable with on-ground activities and regular travel within city limits. Passionate about health, wellness, and functional food segments. Nice to Have : Experience in dietary supplements, Ayurveda, or nutraceuticals. Familiarity with basic sales CRM or reporting tools.
