Roles and Responsibility

Perform general administration tasks, including raising purchase orders, invoicing, data entry, and electronic filing.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and assist in report preparation by collecting information from different teams and sources.
Send and follow up communications with customers and potential customers via email and phone.
Update customer-related data in CRM and assist with projects.
Assist with customer onboarding and queries, providing regular updates (daily/weekly/monthly).
Work cooperatively with all areas of the business.
