Area Sales Executive, Sales Supervisor, Sales Officer & Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities

Area Sales Executive:

Team Leadership
Sales & Target Achievement
Distribution & Retail Execution
Trade Marketing & Promotions
Customer / Channel Relationship Management
Prepare sales reports, territory dashboards, weekly visits report, sales pipeline, forecast vs actual
Team & Cross-Functional Interface
Compliance & Field Discipline

Sales Supervisor:

Team Leadership
Supervise Sales Performance of overall territory operations and ensure primary & secondary sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
Market Analysis
Inventory Management
Handle distributor onboarding, performance, and logistics coordination.

Sales Officer:

Manage & monitor a team of Sales Representative.
Work Closely with Distributors for stocks planning and order fulfilment.
Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Train and motivate field staff.

Sales Representative:

Visit retail shops regularly and take orders.
Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.
Develop strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Report daily market activity to the Sales Officer/Senior.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate
Preferred FMCG Experience
Willing to travel as required
Experience:

Sales Representative: 1 - 3 years

Sales Officer: 2 - 4 years

Sales Supervisor: 3 - 6 years

Area Sales Executive: 4 - 8 years
