Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Executive
Industry: Manufacturing / Export
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales (Preferable FMCG / Packaging / Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Conduct client visits for onboarding, documentation, and relationship-building.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Manage online sales platforms such as IndiaMart, Amazon, etc.
Achieve sales targets and support overall revenue growth.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Prepare accurate sales reports and update management.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 year of sales experience (domestic market preferred).
Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Mandatory experience in online sales/platform management.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM and report maintenance.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
Prior experience in the plastic industry/caps and closures will be a major plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
