Area Sales Executive

. Develop existing territories/ customers and appoint new areas/ customers 2. Assist in developing sales targets and strategies in coordination with National SalesHead and management 3. Review tour/ sales planning of field sales team 4. Monitor performance and motivate sales and sales support team to achieve target 5. Provide guidance, motivation and training to sales team 6. Assist sales team for establishing and developing all sales channels of company 7. Analyze performance of customers and recommend improvements 8. Ensure good visual merchandising at store locations – with the help of field sales team 9. Plan and undertake visit to customer location at a pre-defined frequency
10. Conduct sales presentation and product positioning11. Understand customer requirement and provide product solution 12. Capture orders and ensure fulfillment 13. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails 14. Respond to all inquiries 15. Recommend product and product line enhancement options 16. Assume primary role during company events 17. Represent the brand in public and undertake advertising 18. Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending 19. Analyze market and customer data 20. Provide required reports to management and sales support team

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
