Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within the designated region, identify new business opportunities, and establish relationships with customers. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting and analyzing sales data to drive decision-making will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Account Management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
• Knowledge of engineering solutions and technologies is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a team and independently in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the engineering or industrial sector is a plus
