Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 11 years of experience to join our team as an Area Receivable Manager in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, located in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the receivable process to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the receivable process. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables.
