Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Area Receivable Manager in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in receivables and collections.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collection process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
Analyze and report on collection metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and reports of collection activities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of BFSI operations, including receivables and collections.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve targets.
