Area Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations across all assigned QSR outlets.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and brand guidelines.
• Drive consistent guest experience across all outlets.
• Monitor sales, footfalls, and key operational metrics.

Sales & Profitability

• Achieve sales targets and profitability for all restaurants under the cluster.
• Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities to boost revenue.
• Monitor cost control measures (food cost, labour cost, wastage control).
• Analyse P&L statements and recommend corrective actions.

People Management

• Lead, train, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear goals/KPIs.
• Ensure manpower planning, recruitment, and retention for assigned outlets.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (FSSAI, labour laws, fire & safety).
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Conduct regular audits for quality, service, and safety across outlets.

Customer Experience

• Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations quickly.
• Ensure high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and guest satisfaction levels.
• Implement guest engagement initiatives at the store level.

Expansion & Growth

• Support in identifying new store locations and contribute to NSO (New Store Opening) activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, HR, training) for smooth operations.
