Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing / Social Media

Role Overview:

• To plan, run, track and optimize all paid digital marketing and SEO efforts for Ajays across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Website, GMB) ensuring maximum local discoverability, ROI and franchise lead gen - all with a desi, energetic flair!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan digital marketing calendars for monthly, festive and seasonal campaigns.
• Run

  geo-targeted ads

  for new launches, offers, and category boosts.
• Create segment-wise audience lists by interest, demography, city.

2. Performance Marketing

• Run and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), GMB campaigns.
• Build and run

  lead gen campaigns

  (Franchise/Local Store).
• Continuously optimize CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS.

3. SEO & Web Optimization

• Conduct

  keyword research

  and update focus terms monthly (local + franchise).
• Collaborate with content/web team to ensure keyword-rich landing pages.
• Regularly update meta tags, image alt-text, page speed via required tools.
• Drive organic visibility via blog ideas, GMB posts, backlinks.

4. Local Store Level Promotions

• Assist local stores with

  hyperlocal ads

  within 12 km radius.
• Set up budget ads for each store launch or special event.
• Track coupon code redemptions through POS (if integrated).

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Weekly dashboards of ad spend, leads, conversions
• Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, UTM tracking & GMB Insights
• Campaign review meets with Marketing Head

6. Landing Page & GMB Coordination

• Work with design/dev teams to create & update store pages.
• Ensure

  GMB listings are optimized

  for all stores (photos, menu, phone number, timing).
• Run Near Me” ads for active cities with keyword localization.
