Area Manager

• An Area Manager in Chandigarh for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) oversees sales operations, team performance, and business growth for these loan products across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive loan sourcing for PL, BL, HL, and LAP, leveraging both direct and channel (DSA/broker) networks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage area sales teams, assign targets, and monitor daily performance to ensure achievement of disbursal and revenue targets.
• Onboard, train, and motivate DSAs/brokers for quality sourcing, and maintain strong relationships to expand business reach.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process from lead generation, application, credit processing, and documentation to final loan disbursal, while following regulatory and company policies.
• Track market developments, competitor actions, and provide regular MIS and business reports to senior management.
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues, tracking portfolio quality, and minimizing delinquencies.
• Promote compliance with KYC, credit, and audit norms, and participate in quality control and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or MBA, with 3–7 years’ experience in multi-product loan sales or area/channel management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of secured and unsecured loan documentation and regional market dynamics.
• Proficiency with MIS, CRM, sales tracking, and process improvement.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
