Role & responsibilities

Branch Oversight
: Manage sales, operations, and administration across HL/LAP branches.
Portfolio Development
: Build a robust, high-quality loan portfolio in HL/LAP categories.
Target Achievement
: Drive branch-wise targets for HL/LAP disbursements and collections.
Repayment Monitoring
: Ensure timely repayment across the portfolio; proactively follow up on delinquencies.
Field Engagement
: Conduct frequent on-ground visits to support branch teams in sourcing and recovery. .
Portfolio Productivity
: Maintain healthy productivity metrics for HL/LAP and related products.
Manpower Planning
: Ensure adequate staffing levels for branches to operate effectively.
Compliance & Regulatory
: Maintain 100% compliance with RBI norms, internal policies, and audit checks.
Training & Development
: Conduct ongoing product training and performance coaching for team members.
