Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve area targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
Counselling Parents & Students on Competitive exams and Career Scape .
Convert the leads into actual admissions for the assigned campuses
Present products and services to prospective customers
Participate in industry or promotional events.
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
Monitor competition within assigned region .
Prepare and submit reports to the National Sales Head
