 Area Manager - Commercial Vehicle Fleet / Senior Area Manager - Commercial Vehicle Fleet 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
  • Achieving & exceeding business goals and targets for Commercial Vehicle Finance.
  • Managing and grooming the team to achieve their respective targets.

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieving & exceeding business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler Loans.
  • Creating a strong and compliant sales culture to drive business.
  • Sales force management, data management, and efficient use of call center leads.
  • Dealer visits along with sales manager/FOS.
  • Portfolio management with 99% zero bucket collections.
  • Maintaining FEMI at 9% across location and span.
  • Monthly 5 days of location travel.
  • Ensure teams adhere to sales governance and compliance processes.
  • Adherence to customer delivery TAT.
  • Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests; suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  • Recruiting and retaining high performers.
  • Team management and grooming to achieve targets.
  • Managing the delinquency of the business sourced to ensure portfolio health.
  • Excel and PowerPoint presentation knowledge and skills.
  • Daily review with ABSM regarding projections/activity plans for the day.
  • Review with ABSM on projections versus delivery daily to improve planning for the next day.
  • Ensure execution of defined activity plans for customer visits by the team during the day.
  • Assist in collections in HTS cases for buckets X and 1, as well as higher buckets.
  • Provide feedback to under-performing team members; seek to understand causes and provide timely and appropriate inputs and support.
  • Nominate team members for rewards and recognition based on achievements; appreciate team members in internal forums as relevant.
  • Resolve issues regarding documentation.
  • Decide on approaching customers from risk-prone areas and profiles, or stop approaching certain profiles based on delinquency patterns.
  • Plan for business expansion - identify and map new areas (including fraud likelihoods), derive projections; share and discuss with branch teams and ASSCs to clarify action plans; share projections, action plans, and budgets with RSM for approval.
  • Cascade finalised plans from RSM to the team; derive aligned short-term performance benchmarks such as DRR; plan with team to achieve them.
  • Monitor team productivity metrics periodically, assist in resolving issues; monitor month-on-month productivity, WIRR, insurance penetration, CC and CW lead penetration.
  • Shortlist candidates from initial lists, make recommendations of known candidates; conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates, provide comments and recommendations.
  • Review and discuss achievements with team periodically; conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews per team member, provide feedback for improvement.
