Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Area Manager will oversee the operations of multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include team management, achieving sales targets, optimizing operations, inventory control, and ensuring strict adherence to company processes and standards. The manager will also analyze performance metrics, implement improvement plans, and work closely with the leadership team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, team supervision, and performance optimization
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Hands-on experience with OSR

  (tracking, reporting, and monitoring order or sales performance)
• Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and inspire a team
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the food and beverage or QSR industry is advantageous
