Area Manager

Job Summary

The Area Manager Loan Sales is responsible for driving sales and operations for loan products across the assigned area. The role focuses on business growth, team leadership, channel partner management, and ensuring smooth loan processing in compliance with company and lender guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive sales of loan products such as Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Mortgage Loans

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets

• Develop new sourcing channels including DSAs, builders, and corporate tie-ups

• Increase market penetration and brand presence in the assigned area

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and manage Relationship Managers and Sales Officers

• Monitor daily productivity, lead conversion, and disbursements

• Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team

Channel Partner Management

• Onboard and manage DSAs and channel partners

• Ensure quality sourcing and high conversion ratios

• Resolve partner issues and support case closures

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure proper documentation and timely login of loan cases

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for approvals and disbursements

• Maintain compliance with lender policies and internal processes

• Monitor rejection, login, and disbursement ratios

MIS & Reporting

• Review daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, logins, sanctions, and disbursements

• Track pipeline and business performance

• Report regularly to Regional/Zonal Head
