The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, and coordination with branch managers and sales teams. The role ensures smooth HR processes aligned with company policies and business requirements.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and support roles
Coordinate with branch heads for manpower requirements
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Manage joining formalities and employee induction
Collect and verify employee documents (KYC, offer letters, agreements)
Maintain employee personal files and HR records
Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
Coordinate with payroll team / HO for salary processing
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
Support performance reviews and confirmation processes
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
Support statutory compliance documentation if required
Coordinate with Head Office HR for reports and audits
Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring status)
Update HR dashboards and trackers regularly
