Job Description

Location:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle hiring processes for US and Canadian locations.
Source, screen, and onboard candidates across multiple functions.
Payroll & Compliance
Manage payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Design and implement engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues diplomatically.
Shift Management
Flexibly manage HR operations across both
day and night shifts
.
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth functioning across time zones.
General HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Assist in policy development and implementation.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal and written).
Strong knowledge of
Payroll Management
and HR compliance.
Experience in
Employee Engagement
initiatives.
Proven ability to manage
international hiring
(US & Canada).
Flexible to work
6 days a week
and across
day/night shifts
.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
