ob description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer II to lead and guide complex software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on development experience and be capable of managing a high-performing team of 12+ engineers, including collaboration with Project Managers and other cross-functional leaders. You will play a critical role in system architecture, code quality, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications. Provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers and work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery. Oversee code reviews, system architecture, design decisions, and best practices. Manage and mentor developers; promote professional growth and maintain a collaborative team environment. Identify performance bottlenecks and provide solutions to optimize system performance. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and technical documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Handle escalations, manage technical risks, and provide hands-on support in complex problem-solving scenarios. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of full-stack development experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, or similar. Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of 10 or more people, including Project Managers. Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and strategic decision-making. Preferred Skills: Experience in microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination. Compensation :- 30 - 33 LPA (project base incentives If applies or qualifies)
