Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in software development, with a strong background in system architecture with at least 4+ years of hands-on development experience. Proven experience in managing and leading software development teams of 10 + members. Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies. Strong knowledge of software design principles, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
