Area Manager

Responsibilities - Manage and optimize the performance of franchise stores within the assigned region Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share Support the franchise network by providing guidance, training, and resources to ensure compliance with brand standards Collaborate with franchise partners to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales. Provide guidance and support to franchisees, ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve operational efficiency and customer experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and promotional initiatives Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges Foster positive relationships with franchisees through effective communication and regular meetings Train and develop franchisees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and financial requirements Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and financial statements Plan and execute franchise expansion strategies, including site selection and lease negotiations Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that arise Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives at the franchise level
