Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Area Manager (School Onboarding) in Patna. The Area Manager will coordinate the onboarding process for schools, ensuring smooth implementation of the India LEARN curriculum solutions. Key responsibilities include building relationships with school administrators, delivering product training sessions, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company processes. The role will also involve monitoring progress, resolving challenges during onboarding, and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

  • Educational Management and Relationship-Building: Proven ability to engage with school administrators, manage relationships, and oversee onboarding processes.
  • Training and Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to deliver product training sessions effectively.
  • Project Management: Experience in coordinating multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and resolving challenges in dynamic environments.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Capability to address issues efficiently while adapting to changing situations during project execution.
  • Knowledge of Educational Practices: Familiarity with curriculum and learning standards like NEP, NCP, and ECCE is highly desirable.
  • Additional Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the education sector, and fluency in regional languages, will be an added advantage.
