Job Description

Job Purpose "This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." Duties and Responsibilities Delivering Sales numbers -Business planning with partners. -Sales promotion planning with partners. -Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests, and suggest new and innovative ideas to promote and grow business. -Achieving & exceeding monthly business targets. Relationship management -Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers for each account. -Strategic planning with partners. -Providing operational support to partners. -Working with partners and the team to add value to partners in terms of Sales, analytics insights & business growth strategy. Team Management -Effectively manage a team of SMs and FOS to achieve assigned business targets -Ensure that the team is motivated to fulfill desired tasks -Look after training and development requirements of the team Required Qualifications and Experience MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years of experience. Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels & teams in multiple market environments. Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
