Area Sales Manager Job description: CALL HR : 90283 61224. Leading team, supporting & motivating Medical Representatives to generate sales. Increasing doctor prescription Making productive and effective doctor calls.(joint+ individual calls) Performing doctor activities (eg. CME, conferences) Preparing, screening & implementing doctor list division & zone wise. Meeting stockist and medial stores for generating primary & secondary sales. Achieving individual as well as pool target. Proper reporting/ MIS to the RSM. Required Candidate profile: As a ASM Experience: 4 to 7 yrs. ( PREF IN DERMA DIVISION) FIELD JOB: Must have own vehicle(two wheeler) Communication in English is must with good presentation skills. Candidate must be self motivated, ambitious and energetic with a pleasing personality. Team building & motivational skills. Enthusiastic, assertive with go getter attitude. Min graduate in any field. (pref. science/pharmacy). Medical Representative Job description: CALL HR : 90283 61224. Demonstrate and promote products to healthcare professionals like doctors and pharmacists Organizing appointments and meetings with community, staff and hospitals Likewise, prescription generation to generate business through your territory Managing distribution channel members such as stockiest, distributors & chemists. Managing Budgets Maintaining detailed records i.e. sales data Reporting & reviewing sales performance by achieving sales targets Conduct and participate in brand promotion activities viz, CME, conferences, RTM etc. Required Candidate profile: As a MR Experience: Min. 6 MONTHS TO 2 Year . (PREF IN DERMA DIVISION) FIELD JOB: Must have own vehicle(two wheeler) Communication in English is must with good presentation skills. Candidate must be self motivated, ambitious and energetic with a pleasing personality. Education- UG: Diploma, Bachelors Degree (Pharma/ Science only).
