Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Head located in Indore. The Area Head will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving loan sales, and achieving targets. Day-to-day tasks include supervising branch staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, building relationships with stakeholders, and monitoring market trends. The role also involves strategizing to enhance business growth and branch performance.
