JOB DESCRIPTION Designation : Executive - HR Experience Required: 3-4 years in HR Generalist, Employee Engagement, or HR operations, preferably in BFSI/NBFC sectors Key Responsibilities: 1) Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits. 2) Stakeholder Coordination & Follow-ups: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of HR processes and continuous follow-ups. 3) Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns. 4) L&D Support: Assist the Learning & Development team by coordinating training sessions, managing calendars, and handling training logistics. 5) Training MIS Management: Maintain accurate training data, attendance records, feedback forms, and dashboards. 6) Vendor Management: Liaise with external training and HR vendors for service delivery, feedback, and relationship management. 7) Vendor Invoicing: Handle vendor onboarding, documentation, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups in coordination with the finance team. 8) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with central HR teams including recruitment, L&D, payroll, and operations to ensure seamless HR support. Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. 34 years of relevant HR experience in financial services or similar high-paced environments. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRMS platforms. Preferred Skills: Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills. Experience with vendor management and training-related administration. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
