Job Description

We are hiring Technical Valuation Manager for below locations :-

1) Pune - Candidate will take care of Rest of Maharashtra

2) Delhi - Candidate will take care of Rajasthan, PCH & NCR

Job Description :-

Providing inputs for establishing benchmarks for under construction exposure across geographies.

Developing and monitoring of guidelines on the property valuation process.

Monitoring property price trends keeping in mind the macro economic factors. Ensuring a reliable country price pegging report.

Guiding the credit underwriters with respect to prices in different areas in the cities of operation.

Making property related manuals-which will include prices for different areas/properties, whether to take certain properties as collateral or not.

Providing information and to make recommendations that have direct impact on overall portfolio growth and profitability due to factors linked with the real estate market.

Scrutinizing of technical documentations related to project approvals.
