Dear Candidate,
We are looking for HR Executive to be based out at our Corporate Office in Kurla West.
1) Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
2) Stakeholder Coordination & Follow-ups: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of HR processes and continuous follow-ups.
3) Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.
4) L&D Support: Assist the Learning & Development team by coordinating training sessions, managing calendars, and handling training logistics.
5) Training MIS Management: Maintain accurate training data, attendance records, feedback forms, and dashboards.
6) Vendor Management: Liaise with external training and HR vendors for service delivery, feedback, and relationship management.
7) Vendor Invoicing: Handle vendor onboarding, documentation, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups in coordination with the finance team.
8) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with central HR teams including recruitment, L&D, payroll, and operations to ensure seamless HR support.
