Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Director for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The Area Director will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences. Key responsibilities include overseeing the distribution and promotion of financial products, building and leading a high-performing team, and achieving organizational goals through effective strategic planning and execution. The Area Director will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that InCred Premier’s vision of empowering clients’ financial journeys is upheld.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
• Proven leadership and team management skills with experience in managing high-performing teams in financial services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic planning and business development expertise to drive sales and manage client portfolios
• Customer-focused approach with a track record of delivering personalized financial solutions and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Analytical mindset with experience in providing data-driven insights and decision-making
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certifications such as AMFI/CFP or equivalent would be an advantage
• Experience with digital financial platforms and tools is a plus
