Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Development Manager based in Krishnanagar. The Area Development Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of operations within the assigned area, including leading and mentoring teams to achieve performance targets. Responsibilities include identifying and exploring business growth opportunities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, managing client relationships, and guiding teams to achieve financial inclusion goals. The role requires preparing and presenting reports, assessing risks, and ensuring operational efficiency in the assigned region.

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities
• Proven skills in business growth planning and identifying new opportunities
• Proficiency in client relationship management and conflict resolution
• Understanding of financial operations and risk management techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging insights for decision-making
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in microfinance, financial services, or related industries is highly desirable
• Proficiency in local languages is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
