Area Credit Manager

Job Description: As the Area Credit Manager for Unnati Loans within the Rural Banking department, your primary responsibility will be to nurture multiple Cluster Credit Managers and Credit Managers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve business book growth while maintaining a high portfolio quality. It is essential to consistently set the highest benchmarks for Turnaround Time (TAT) and customer experience, ensuring adherence to stringent standards of governance and compliance. Your key duties will include grooming and mentoring multiple cluster and credit teams, focusing on maintaining excellent portfolio quality, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to drive business book growth. Upholding the highest standards of customer experience, governance, and compliance will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be expected to adapt to and promote digital initiatives and effectively manage vendors. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA, BE, BTech, or any other graduate field. Additionally, a Post-Graduate degree like MBA or PGDM is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with 10 to 18 years of experience in related roles.,
