Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 11 years of experience to join our team as an Area Credit Manager in Emerging Corporate Division, responsible for the continuous monitoring and management of a diverse credit portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit risk management and analysis. Roles and Responsibility
Monitor and manage a diverse credit portfolio, including individual exposure assessments.
Implement systematic approaches to assess business performance and compare actual outcomes against initial projections.
Engage with business/client teams to address discrepancies, formulate corrective action plans, and enhance overall performance.
Generate regular and comprehensive reports on portfolio performance, risk profiles, and emerging trends.
Offer data-driven insights to senior management to support informed decision-making.
Maintain robust channels of communication with clients and strategic partners.
Serve as a bridge between the credit team and client teams to facilitate information flow and collaboration.
Uphold rigorous standards of record management to support transparency, accountability, and audit readiness.
Actively participate in developing industry-leading best practices for credit monitoring within the organization.
Foster collaborative relationships with various internal functions to address portfolio-related challenges and opportunities, promoting synergy among departments to maximize the effectiveness of credit monitoring efforts.
Proactively identify, evaluate, and categorize risks associated with the credit portfolio, encompassing financial, operational, and market-related dimensions, and collaborate closely with the credit team to devise and implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies tailored to specific industries.
Maintain adherence to the Credit Monitoring Policy and its procedures, ensuring protocols align with policy stipulations, while taking a proactive role in refining and evolving monitoring procedures to adapt to changing industry dynamics.

Job
Minimum 6 years of experience in credit risk management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with credit monitoring tools and technologies.
Educational qualificationsB.Com, MBA/PGDM, CA.
