As a Credit Manager at Homeville Consulting Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the Credit Department based in Pune. Your responsibilities will include visiting business premises, properties, and customer residences during the pre-disbursement stage, understanding customer business income and expenses, analyzing legal and technical property reports, underwriting and sanctioning home loans and loans against property files sourced by the sales team, coordinating with various departments, maintaining TAT guidelines, monitoring portfolio performance, and continuously enhancing underwriting capabilities. To qualify for this position, you should be a graduate with 3-5 years of experience and possess a strong understanding of the affordable home segment.
