Description
You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your project management expertise + skills to the delivery of customer on-boarding Your Role Your primary objective will be to set-up, execute, manage + coordinate customer + internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology + Zero Failure processes. Your Responsibilities You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives. To support the assigned project team as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members + providing guidance on projects, career + development. To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times. To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries, plus maintaining all project documentation. To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time. Your Skills And Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; PMP/Prince2 certification preferred. 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or customer onboarding. Proven ability to lead end-to-end customer onboarding projects with cross-functional and global teams. Strong command of project planning, execution, risk management, and quality compliance. Proficient in using project management tools to track scope, cost, and timelines. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills. Resourceful, analytical, and able to drive zero-failure project delivery under tight deadlines.
