Area Collections Head

As the Area Collections Head at Kinara Capital, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collections process in your designated area. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of collection agents by setting performance targets and providing ongoing coaching and support. - Develop and implement collection strategies that are aligned with the companys goals and customer service standards. - Monitor collection activities and provide reports on performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. - Conduct regular audits of collection practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. - Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate payment plans to resolve outstanding debts. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations that may impact collections.
