Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve territory targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of field activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions within the assigned area.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activity in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field (B.Pharma / B.Sc).
  • Strong understanding of area sales management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
