🔹 Build strong relationships with Ophthalmologists & key influencers

🔹 Execute marketing strategies & brand activities effectively

🔹 Conduct joint field work, coaching & performance reviews

🔹 Territory management, scientific engagement & market planning

🔹 Competitor analysis & strategy execution
