Job Description

1. CPC Operations Management (Primary Responsibility)

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations with Central Police Canteens (CPCs) across the assigned area.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and stock availability for all CPC outlets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with CPC procurement teams, store managers, and decision-makers.
  • Ensure compliance with CPC guidelines, pricing rules, product listing norms, and documentation.

2. Order Management & Fulfilment

  • Collect monthly / weekly order requirements from CPC units.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
  • Monitor order status, delivery timelines, shortages, and product returns.
  • Minimize delays and ensure maximum order fulfilment efficiency.

3. Payment Management

  • Track payment cycles, pending invoices, and credit periods of CPC.
  • Maintain accurate records for billing, dispatch, and proof-of-delivery.
  • Follow up with CPC authorities for timely invoice approval and payment clearance.
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams for reconciliation and documentation.

4. Business Growth & Sales Development

  • Achieve sales targets for CPC channels within the area.
  • Identify new opportunities in the CPC network – new products, new outlets, or demand gaps.
  • Plan promotional activities, product awareness, and sampling at important CPC units.
  • Provide sales forecast and monthly business planning based on CPC demand.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the single point of contact between the company and CPC stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, marketing, and senior management for smooth operations.
  • Communicate CPC requirements, feedback, challenges, and opportunities to internal teams.

6. Data Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain data on sales, orders, deliveries, and payments for all CPC canteens.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business reports.
  • Track KPIs like sales achievement, fill rate, outstanding payments, and order frequency.
  • Ensure all CPC documentation, approvals, and compliance papers are updated.

7. Relationship Management

  • Build strong working relationships with CPC officers, procurement heads, and canteen managers.
  • Visit key CPC units regularly for business follow-up, issue resolution, and relationship bonding.
  • Address grievances, product complaints, or supply issues quickly.

8. Inventory & Supply Planning

  • Plan inventory requirements based on CPC consumption trends.
  • Ensure adequate stock availability to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Monitor slow-moving products and recommend corrective actions.

9. Issue Resolution

  • Handle any disputes related to orders, pricing, delivery, or invoices.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure smooth overall operations with minimal escalation.

10. Compliance & Company Policy Adherence

  • Ensure all operations follow company standards, CPC rules, and government protocols.
  • Follow ethical business practices and maintain transparency in all CPC dealings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
