National Sales Manager (NSM)

• Drive

  Pan India sales

  for Ophthalmology portfolio
• Lead, mentor & monitor Zonal / Regional teams to achieve targets
• Build strong doctor connect, KOL relationships, and market presence
• Strategize new product launches & ensure effective execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to support growth
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis & growth opportunities to management

• Mandatory:

  Ophthalmology therapy experience
• Current Zonal Sales Managers / Senior Sales Leaders with

  multi-zone exposure

  (any 2 zones minimum) can be considered for

  Pan India role

• Strong track record in sales achievement & people management
• Excellent leadership, negotiation & analytical skills
• Ability to scale business across geographies
