Roles & Responsibilities

Lead a team of Medical Representatives across
Panvel + Alibag
territories.
Conduct
joint field visits
to ensure strong doctor and chemist coverage.
Ensure
prescription generation and brand visibility
in targeted areas.
Develop and execute
territory-wise sales planning
and productivity improvements.
Manage stockists/distributors to ensure proper
primary & secondary sales
.
Performance tracking, reporting, competitor analysis, and monthly reviews.
Training, motivating, and improving the field execution skills of MRs.
Strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement in both belts.

Minimum
4-7 years
in pharma field sales with
team handling experience
.
Strong doctor & chemist network in
Panvel and/or Alibag
territories.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Should be
territory-focused and career-oriented
.
Salary is
not a constraint
for the right candidate.
