Office Staff Billing, Inventory & Dispatch Coordination

About the Role:

Office Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and maintain

    daily stock and inventory records

    .
  • Handle

    billing and basic data entry

    .
  • Coordinate with the

    logistics team

    to ensure timely product dispatch.
  • Track dispatches and stock receipt from manufacturers,confirm delivery with distributors.
  • Manage

    collection of cheques and payment follow-ups

    .
  • Support daily

    office coordination and documentation

    tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of

    inventory management

    and

    dispatch processes

    .
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks.

Qualification:

  • Minimum

    12th Pass

  • Any Graduate

Experience:

0–2 years (freshers welcome)

Salary:

2,00,000 – 2,50,000 per annum (based on experience and skills)
PF and statutory benefits as per company policy
