Job summary :
We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead and manage sales operations across Chhattisgarh in the CPD (Consumer Products Division). The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG experience, proven team-handling skills, and a track record of driving business growth in general trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Territory Managers.
• Drive secondary and primary sales targets across assigned areas.
• Manage distributor and retail network to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Plan and execute trade promotions, market activations, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution base.
• Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and channel partners.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Experience in team handling and area management is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Chhattisgarh market, particularly Raipur and nearby regions.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
