Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Area Business Head. The Area Business Head will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing sales teams, developing and implementing business strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. The individual will ensure operational efficiency and drive growth within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in sales operations and target achievement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the insurance sector
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience working in the Mumbai region is a plus by
