Role Description

Architectural Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research across architecture, PMC, and real estate sectors to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate between the CEO, project teams, consultants, and clients.
• Review, analyze, and cross-check drawings, estimates, and schedules for accuracy.
• Prepare presentations, project documents, reports, and technical submissions.
• Support the CEO in project management, team organization, and recruitment processes.
• Represent the firm in meetings with clients, consultants, and collaborators across India and abroad.
• Identify challenges in design and execution and propose practical, innovative solutions
  on different project sites during site visits and meetings

  .Qual

  ifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated team management and organizational skills.
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn from senior industry professionals.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
  • A genuine passion for design, structure, and the human connection to space.
