· Develop a conceptual plan and elevation of projects.
· Develop drawings and provide them to the execution team and update the drawings
· Assist in the preparation of handing over documents
· Prepare BOQ for in-house projects
· Assist in the preparation of Quotations and estimates
· Assist in the preparation of construction agreements
· Assist in the preparation of Specification
· Submit stage payment request to banks
· Assist in preparation of project reports
· Prepare approval drawings
· Carry out site visits for new projects
· Prepare loan papers
· Maintain hard copy and soft copy files
