Position Title: Architect

Location: Pune

Role Purpose:

We are looking for an Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects at TRU Realty. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of development, from concept to completion, ensuring functional, sustainable, and aesthetically sound outcomes. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet design objectives and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Conceptualisation

• Lead end-to-end architectural design for new projects, extensions, and renovations.
• Translate client briefs into functional and innovative design solutions.
• Prepare feasibility reports, concept designs, and detailed proposals.

2. Research & Documentation

• Develop environmentally conscious and cost-effective architectural solutions.
• Prepare and refine detailed drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Ensure alignment with client requirements, usage, and building context.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.

3. Site Coordination & Monitoring

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural standards.
• Ensure construction aligns with design intent, codes, and regulations.
• Provide timely updates and reports on site developments.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Trend Alignment

• Liaise with construction professionals, consultants, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
• Provide design input and support to cross-functional teams during project lifecycles.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institute.
• 7–10 years of experience in architectural planning and execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and practical execution.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Sound understanding of construction processes, building codes, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,288.22 - ₹80,000.00 per month
