About the Role:

5–6 years of professional experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and coordinate

  BIM and AutoCAD models/drawings

  across all project stages — concept, design development, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with project architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure accurate and consistent design data integration.
• Lead

  BIM workflows

  , model audits, and clash detection using tools like Revit, Navisworks, or Autodesk BIM 360.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings,

  AutoCAD layouts

  , 3D visualizations, and design documentation adhering to firm and client standards.
• Support project delivery through efficient model management, version control, and data integrity.
• Train and mentor junior team members on

  BIM and AutoCAD best practices

  , model setup, and coordination protocols.
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings.
• Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies, parametric design tools, and digital project delivery trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5–6 years of architectural experience, with at least 3+ years focused on

  BIM-based and AutoCAD-supported

  project delivery.
• Proficiency in

  Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

  , and other BIM coordination tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and building codes.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, façade, etc.) through BIM workflows.
• Excellent communication, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as

  Rhino, Dynamo, SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion

  is an advantage.

Preferred Attributes:

• Certification in Autodesk Revit/BIM Management.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
