The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural design, project planning, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life through practical solutions. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Design and develop architectural plans for residential, commercial, or public projects. Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and project managers to execute design vision. Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and construction documents. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client requirements. Monitor project progress and participate in site visits when required. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). 2+ years of professional experience in architectural design. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sustainability principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 🌟 Nice to Have: Experience with 3D rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
